I recently came across Vitessa Vault and have been really impressed. I come from a background of working in security myself, so I probably notice the security side of things more than most, and the level of security here is exceptional. Just as importantly, the service has been excellent — friendly, professional and very discreet.

Living in North London, it’s great to finally have somewhere like this locally. It’s really convenient for Barnet and Enfield and also very easy to get to from Hertfordshire.

They offer safety deposit boxes and lockers with seven-day access, which was important to me. Each box also comes with £50,000 insurance included, and I was particularly reassured by their Secured by Design Gold accreditation, the police-backed security standard.

The whole place feels extremely secure without being intimidating or overly formal. It’s modern, welcoming and very professionally run.

If you live in North London or Hertfordshire and are thinking about a safety deposit box for jewellery, watches, gold, documents or other valuables, I would definitely recommend going in and having a look for yourself. Very impressed with both the security and the people.
